At ALT. Fragrances, we want you to find your perfect scent; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for most products in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be subject to specific return criteria.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label.
Package Securely
Place the items in their original packaging and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
